If we look back in time to find the roots of our nation, we find the Founding Fathers. At the heart of their identities were three central beliefs: life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. It was in this document that they made known to the colonies that this new nation would be revolutionary and ground-breaking. By instilling the Dream into our nations founding principles, they helped to protect it for generations to come. This declaration, signed by the Continental Congress, gave birth to the American Dream.
